Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Awards (EXSA) is an annual national award that recognises organizations who have delivered exceptional service.

In 2017, Giftey Pte Ltd won 3rd place in Singapore Execellent Service Award. We receive this award as our customer service is able to respond faster and friendlier. Upon receiving this award we wish we can improve our customer service and aim for the 1st place next year.

As a result of our hard work in making new creative products, we received Singapore Best Gift Shop Award 2017 under most innovative products category. we would like to say thank you to our beloved customers and employees for their constant supports, critics and advices which enable us to receive this SBGSA 2017.
Donation to Singapore Children's Society
This April, Giftery Pte Ltd are going to make a donation to Singapore Children Society. We would like to show that we care and are willing to help the society especially children in Singapore by donating 40% of our Hamper Sale in April. We hope that our donation can help many children in Singapore.
